For residential windows our method is simple. All windows are cleaned using a soap applicator, squegee and microfiber. We first wet and scrub the entire surface of the glass using our applicator. At this time we make sure all dirt and minor debris comes loose. A steel wool pad or razer blade (no blades on tempered or tinted glass) may need to be employed for paint or hard debris. We follow that up with a professional grade squegee making sure that the water and soap is removed. We then wipe all edges of the glass with a microfiber towel, removing excess water, streaks or smudges. Depending on the condition of the window we may repeat steps as neccessary.
